How to get them
You/adloss

Ads on two product families lost $6,300 in August on the sales they were credited with.

Example answers with made-up numbers. Yours come from your own data.

Start in three steps

Shortcuts run in Claude Code and in Claude on the web. Each one reads your own data and answers in plain words.

  1. Connect Synthesis

Open Terminal on your computer and paste this once. It installs Claude Code if you need it, adds Synthesis, and signs you in.

command -v claude >/dev/null 2>&1 || curl -fsSL https://claude.ai/install.sh | bash; export PATH="$HOME/.local/bin:$PATH"; claude plugin marketplace add https://synthesisintelligence.ai/cli/marketplace.json && claude plugin marketplace update axiom-synthesis && claude plugin install synthesis@axiom-synthesis && claude plugin install synthesis-design@axiom-synthesis && claude plugin update synthesis@axiom-synthesis && claude plugin update synthesis-design@axiom-synthesis && (plutil -replace extraKnownMarketplaces.axiom-synthesis.autoUpdate -bool YES ~/.claude/settings.json 2>/dev/null || echo "Updates are off. Ask Claude to turn on auto-update for Synthesis.") && claude mcp login plugin:synthesis:synthesis

Using Claude on the web? Connect it here.

  2. Type /start

In Claude Code, type /start. On the web, type start. Then say what you do: the ads, the Amazon account, the numbers, stock, or customers.

  3. Your first answer

It runs the first shortcut for your job on your own data right away, then tells you which one to try next. Every shortcut below works the same way.

Every shortcut, by job

Advise reads and recommends. Prepare hands back a file or a change list you apply. On a schedule repeats by itself. Nothing changes in any account unless you do it.

Everyone (start here)

Before anything else, check that your data is fresh.

On a schedule

Is all my data fresh?

Example answer3 problems. Last night's job ran out of time before the website card fees and payouts task, which last ran Oct 16.

You get every source and last night's jobs checked for late data, skipped work and a short yesterday, with the fix

Runs by itself in Claude Code while your computer is on. In the Claude app or website, run it by hand, or set a scheduled task if your Claude offers one.

See the whole example
3 problems. Last night's job ran out of time before the website card fees and payouts task, which last ran Oct 16. Website tables stopped 2 days ago, so win-back lists and month-to-date website numbers are 2 days short. Yesterday's Amazon orders sit 41% under a normal Friday, possibly a partial day. Everything else is current.

Commands that work for everyone

  • New here? See the shortcuts for your job, and run the first one on your data
  • Run any Synthesis automation by name, like /go fee check
  • A deep answer on your own Claude: the Brand Brain, specialist helpers at once, a reasoning check and a skeptic who re-pulls every number, then a checked answer
  • Check your Synthesis connection and turn on automatic updates

Beyond these shortcuts there are 354 ready automations in all. /go and a name runs any of them.

I run the ads (Meta, creative, landing pages)

Start with /adcheck. 41 shortcuts for this job.

Check my ads

Example answer3 checks failed, and the biggest touches about $6,100 a month of ad spend.

You get one health check across every ad account: what failed, ranked by dollars a month, what could not be read, and the three fixes to make first

See the whole example
3 checks failed, and the biggest touches about $6,100 a month of ad spend.
Meta: 9 ad sets get under 50 purchases a week and hold 70% of spend ($6,100 a month).
Amazon: $2,300 in 30 days went to searches with 10+ clicks and no orders.
Google: searches that are not your own name return 0.62 per dollar ($1,000 a month short).
Checked 9 of 11. Meta ad rankings and frequency could not be read.
Fix first: merge the small ad sets, then block the wasted Amazon searches.
Advise

Winning ads teardown

Example answerOne 7-second video carries a third of your sales at $1.76 back per $1, while the rest of the account returns $1.03.

You get your ads taken apart: winning hooks, words, visuals and creators, which ads stop, warm or close, and three moves

See the whole example
One 7-second video carries a third of your sales at $1.76 back per $1, while the rest of the account returns $1.03. Ads under a 25% hook rate return $0.44 per $1.
Advise

Check the ads I just launched

Example answer12 new ads: 2 to fix before they spend, 4 running with fixes, 6 ready.

You get every new ad checked one by one: what to fix before it spends, what to fix while it runs, and what could not be checked

Needs Meta connected. Cost per sale is judged against your own limits; until they are set, it is shown but not judged.

See the whole example
12 new ads: 2 to fix before they spend, 4 running with fixes, 6 ready.
Fix first: two cleanser videos send people to the serum page.
Running with fixes: 4 agency ads have no tracking tags on their link.
Could not check: 3 videos say nothing about their product in their name; watch the first seconds.

Which Meta ads lose or make money

Example answerLast 7 days: $4,200 on 18 ad sets bought 210 sales at $20 each, under the $24 a sale you can afford.

You get ad sets and ads losing money, ads ready for more budget, and what to watch, each with its cost per sale against the most you can pay for a sale

Needs Meta connected and three limits set once: the most an ad can spend with no sale, the most you can pay for a sale, and how many sales to wait for before judging.

See the whole example
Last 7 days: $4,200 on 18 ad sets bought 210 sales at $20 each, under the $24 a sale you can afford.
Losing: one ad set spent $70 with no sale (no-sale line $50).
Ready for more budget: 3 ads at $13 to $16 a sale with 9 or more sales each.
Watch: 4 ad sets over $24 a sale, with too few sales to call yet.
Prepare

Build a landing page from the kit

Example answer"5 reasons to switch" page for the 3-pack, on a hidden copy of the store.

You get A five-reasons landing page on a hidden copy of the store, each reason answering a real complaint, every price proved against the cart, and a test plan

Needs Claude Code on a computer, with Shopify's free command-line tool signed in to your store. The page is built on a hidden copy of your store. Your live store changes only when you say yes.

See the whole example
"5 reasons to switch" page for the 3-pack, on a hidden copy of the store. It must beat your best page, which sells at 4.1%.
Reason 1 answers the top complaint (hard to use, 31 reviews). The lead angle is the pain searched 34,000 times a month.
Default pack: the 3-pack, $11.40 profit an order, at most $11 a sale on ads. Prices proved: 1-pack $24, 3-pack $60.
Test: 50/50 against the current page, profit per visitor, read on the 14th day.
Prepare

Write ad copy for every buyer stage

Example answerAll your current ads talk to people who already know your product, and none to people who only know the problem.

You get ad copy for one product written five ways, from people unaware of the problem to people ready to buy

See the whole example
All your current ads talk to people who already know your product, and none to people who only know the problem. Problem aware: Tired of a routine that takes 20 minutes? Most aware: Your kit is 20% off through Sunday.

Check Google Ads data is landing

Example answerCampaigns and keywords have spend rows for the last 7 days.

You get which Google Ads reports are current, which are empty or stale and why, and whether purchases may be counted twice

See the whole example
Campaigns and keywords have spend rows for the last 7 days. Search terms show no rows while spend kept running, so wasted-search checks are blind.
Change history is not collected by us yet. That gap is ours, not Google's.

Check TikTok is still connected and sending data

Example answerTikTok access ends in 6 days. After that, ad spend and shop ad results stop updating.

You get days left before TikTok data stops, any ad account that dropped out, and the exact reconnect step

See the whole example
TikTok access ends in 6 days. After that, ad spend and shop ad results stop updating.
2 of 5 ad accounts are not ticked. Reconnect on the Connections page and tick all 5.

Does Meta grow your Amazon sales?

Example answerEach extra $1K on Meta adds about $1.5K in Amazon sales, with medium confidence.

You get A rough range for Amazon profit per $1K on Meta, and the state test that settles it

Needs enough weeks of Meta and Amazon data, ideally six months or more.

See the whole example
Each extra $1K on Meta adds about $1.5K in Amazon sales, with medium confidence. The lift shows up in branded searches about a week later.

Find your next product in search demand

Example answerOne search for a sensitive version of your product type gets about 9,000 searches a week.

You get searches for things you could make but don't sell, on a weak shelf, sized in yearly revenue

See the whole example
One search for a sensitive version of your product type gets about 9,000 searches a week. The top 3 products take only 24% of clicks, and your supplier already makes that format. Sized at about $310,000 a year, it is your strongest idea.
Advise

Is all your marketing paying, together?

Example answerEvery ad dollar returned $4.10 of total sales in September, down from $4.80 in June.

You get your whole-business return on ad spend by month, and marketing as a share of sales

See the whole example
Every ad dollar returned $4.10 of total sales in September, down from $4.80 in June. Marketing is now 24% of sales against 21%.
Advise

Profit per order after ads, page by page

Example answerMain page last week: 600 orders keep $12.40 each before ads, Meta cost $17.90 a sale, so each order loses $5.50, about $3,300 a week.

You get what each landing page keeps per order after product, warehouse and Meta costs, profit per visitor against your target, and the moves ranked by dollars a week

Pack mix per page needs Shopify's orders export with the landing page on each order. Without it the store-wide mix stands in, and the answer says so.

See the whole example
Main page last week: 600 orders keep $12.40 each before ads, Meta cost $17.90 a sale, so each order loses $5.50, about $3,300 a week.
Profit per visitor -$0.21 against a $1.50 target. Moves: cut ads over $25 a sale (+$1.40 an order), make the 3-pack the default (+$1.10), add a $15 add-on under the buy button (+$0.60).
Advise

Profit per website visit

Example answerEach website visit earned $0.47 before ads in September, on 38,000 visits.

You get what each website visit earns before ads, and what a paid visit earns against what this brand's ads pay for one

A connected online store with visit counts.

See the whole example
Each website visit earned $0.47 before ads in September, on 38,000 visits. A paid visit earned $0.62, and ads pointing at the website cost $0.95 for each paid visit, so a paid visit loses about $0.33 before repeat orders.
Advise

Read a running test and make the call

Example answerKeep running. Side B leads on profit per visitor, $1.21 against $0.94, with a 78% chance it is truly better.

You get keep running, call the winner, or stop, judged on profit per visitor with gift costs in, and the one number that would flip the call

On-page split results come from your split-test app. Paste them or let Claude read the app in your own browser.

See the whole example
Keep running. Side B leads on profit per visitor, $1.21 against $0.94, with a 78% chance it is truly better.
Buy rate favours B more than profit does: B's free gift cut the paid add-on from 15% to 6% of orders.
It flips to A if B falls under $1.05 a visitor by Nov 14, the read date. 9% of orders were express-pay with no test tag, assigned by landing page.

Which Meta ads for Amazon to keep, cut or move up

Example answerLast 28 settled days: $18,400 on 41 Amazon-bound ads for $21,200 of Amazon sales, return 1.15, break-even 2.70.

You get keep, trim, cut and move-up lists for Amazon-bound Meta ads, each ad with its spend, return, orders and the dollars a week at stake, judged against each product's break-even

Needs Meta connected, Amazon Attribution connected and each Amazon-bound ad on a tracked Amazon link.

See the whole example
Last 28 settled days: $18,400 on 41 Amazon-bound ads for $21,200 of Amazon sales, return 1.15, break-even 2.70.
Cut: 6 ads, $2,900 a week, return 0.62 on both windows. Saved only if their budget comes down.
Trim: 9 ads above 1.0 but under break-even. Move up: 1 ad at 3.1 with 31 orders. Hold: 19.
Prepare

Audit my whole Meta account

Example answer210 live ads. 60% of spend runs on tall-only videos that cannot serve in feeds.

You get one change list ranked by money at stake: each ad or ad set by name and id, what it is now, what to change, the undo

See the whole example
210 live ads. 60% of spend runs on tall-only videos that cannot serve in feeds. 14 ads run in two campaigns at once. The ad sets aimed at younger women put 18% of spend there. 6 Amazon-bound ads return under your bar on both 7 and 14 days.
Prepare

Ideas to make a landing page sell more, and the next test

Example answerThe page loses $5.79 an order after ads. Profit per visitor is $0.82 against a $1.50 goal.

You get A ranked list of page changes, from headline and buy box to fonts and colours, each with its likely lift, cost and how to test it, then a phone mock-up of the top one ready for a split test

Scroll and click maps come from your heatmap app, for example Microsoft Clarity. Paste them or let Claude read them in your own browser. Without them the list leans on past tests and house rules, and says so.

See the whole example
The page loses $5.79 an order after ads. Profit per visitor is $0.82 against a $1.50 goal.
1. Pick the 4-pack in the buy box by default: +8 to 20% profit per visitor, 1 day to build, on-page split. Removes a decision.
2. Show the price per tube, not the pack total: +3 to 8%, half a day, on-page split.
3. New colours: 0 to 3%, low confidence. Left for later.
Next test: item 1, mocked up on the phone first screen. About 4,100 visitors a side, read on Nov 14.
Prepare

Make static ads in my house style

Example answer3 statics made with the free ad maker, 4:5, your colours and real pack photo.

You get finished static ad files in your house look, or an Amazon static cleaned for website ads, ready to load as ads

See the whole example
3 statics made with the free ad maker, 4:5, your colours and real pack photo.
One headline, three looks: quote card, shout, glow. Every word checked against the preview.
Ready to load with the add videos shortcut.

Meta to Amazon read

Example answerSettled week Sep 28 to Oct 4: $41,000 on Meta, $46,300 of Amazon sales, $1.13 per $1.

You get A Meta to Amazon scorecard by campaign, ad set and ad over the last settled week and 28 days, with sales per $1 against each product's break-even and which ads to cut, trim, keep or scale, written so it can be sent to an outside agency

Needs Meta connected, Amazon Attribution connected and each Amazon-bound ad on a tracked Amazon link.

See the whole example
Settled week Sep 28 to Oct 4: $41,000 on Meta, $46,300 of Amazon sales, $1.13 per $1. 28 days: $1.15.
Break-even $2.70 per $1. Scale 1 ad, trim 8, cut 2, hold 19. Two newest weeks still settling.
Prepare

Plan and read a TikTok GMV Max pause test

Example answerGMV Max claims $41,000 of sales last month. The shop sold $33,000 after free samples and cancels.

You get A written pause test with dates and the result that would prove it wrong, then the readout of whether GMV Max really sells

See the whole example
GMV Max claims $41,000 of sales last month. The shop sold $33,000 after free samples and cancels.
Plan: pause GMV Max for 2 weeks from Sunday. If shop sales fall less than $5,000 and Amazon holds flat, it was not earning its $9,000.
Prepare

Rank my videos by cost per Amazon order and rebuild the best for the website

Example answer38 Amazon-bound videos ranked. Top 3: $3.40, $4.10 and $4.80 of Meta spend per Amazon order on settled weeks, against $4.45 of profit per order.

You get every Amazon-bound video ranked by Meta dollars per Amazon order, which are already running as website ads, and a build plan to rebuild the rest of the best as website sales ads, each sent only to its own product's page

Needs Meta connected, Amazon Attribution connected, Amazon-bound ads on tracked Amazon links, and at least one live website ad set to build into.

See the whole example
38 Amazon-bound videos ranked. Top 3: $3.40, $4.10 and $4.80 of Meta spend per Amazon order on settled weeks, against $4.45 of profit per order.
2 of the top 3 already run as website ads. Plan: rebuild the third to the main product's page in your test ad set at $50 a day.
Prepare

Rank selling angles by ad results, write headlines, and test them on the page

Example answerThe problem shoppers see in the mirror sold 1.46x the account average on $87K.

You get your selling angles ranked by what they sold per ad dollar, headlines written from the winners inside your approved claims, and a headline split test sized to your traffic

Angle results need Meta ads that already ran. The test itself runs in your split-test app, for example Intelligems, through the split-test shortcut.

See the whole example
The problem shoppers see in the mirror sold 1.46x the account average on $87K. Ingredient-first angles sold 0.26x.
7 headlines plus today's, on every page visitor, about 1,650 visitors a headline a week. A big winner shows in about 2 weeks.
Why it matters: a 15% lift in buy rate cuts cost per order from $18.30 to $15.90 on the same ad spend.
Prepare

Scout creators and rival ads for me

Example answer40 creators found across 6 rivals. Top 10 are licensed experts with ads running 60 days or more.

You get A ranked hit list of creators to approach and rival ads worth learning from, with where each was found and why it ranks

See the whole example
40 creators found across 6 rivals. Top 10 are licensed experts with ads running 60 days or more. 3 pages dropped for fake credentials. 2 rival hooks worth testing.
Prepare

What each channel must return to earn the next dollar

Example answerMeta ads that point at the website need $4.20 of sales per dollar to break even and return $2.10 on average, so they lose money.

You get each paid channel's break-even return beside its return today, and a test when no split can be named

See the whole example
Meta ads that point at the website need $4.20 of sales per dollar to break even and return $2.10 on average, so they lose money. Ads that point at Amazon need $2.60 and return $3.40 on average. No channel has a curve good enough to name a split, so run a 3-week holdout test first.
On a schedule

Are orders still coming in right after a site change?

Example answerOrders are flowing: 41 since the new page went up at 9:00, against 38 in the same hours on the last 7 Tuesdays.

You get whether orders still flow after a new page, offer, app or theme push, whether each order holds what the offer promised at the page price, and the exact fix plus the orders that need a hand

Orders by the hour and the items on each order come from your store's own order list, read in your own signed-in browser or from an order export you paste. Synthesis holds daily totals.

See the whole example
Orders are flowing: 41 since the new page went up at 9:00, against 38 in the same hours on the last 7 Tuesdays. One break: the free gift is on 6 of 9 two-pack orders, and the offer gives it only with the four-pack. Fix: the gift rule in your add-on app still counts a pack swapped in the cart; reset it with /offeritem. Orders 4411, 4415 and 4420 shipped the gift by mistake; 3 more can be fixed before they ship. Subscribe box: 0 of 39 opted in, against about 6% before, so it is broken, not unlucky.
Does it for you

Add an add-on or after-payment upsell

Example answerTick box: 9-pack add-on at $15 under the buy button on 3 pages.

You get A tick-box add-on under the buy button, or an after-payment upsell only once a real order proves the item ships, built after your yes, with both cart lines checked and the take rate read later

The tick box needs Claude Code with Shopify's free command-line tool. The after-payment upsell needs an upsell app such as Zipify One Click Upsell.

See the whole example
Tick box: 9-pack add-on at $15 under the buy button on 3 pages.
Cart check: 3-pack plus add-on $75. Take rate after 2 weeks: 4.0% of orders. Keep it.
After-payment upsell: not offered. The store sends orders to the warehouse the moment they are placed.
Does it for you

Add new videos as Meta ads

Example answer4 videos added to your main ad set at its current budget.

You get each file live as a new website ad in the ad set you name, with your team's text, link and tags, read back one by one

See the whole example
4 videos added to your main ad set at its current budget.
Read back: 4 of 4 on, links and tags right, promo codes off. One rename did not stick and was fixed.
One caption says "invented by a space agency": flagged, not changed.
Does it for you

Change a Meta budget for me

Example answerRaise one winning ad set from $50 to $60 a day. It sold 9 times in 7 days at $14 a sale, under your $21 keep line.

You get the new daily budget or end date set on each ad set you named, with Meta's own budget bumps undone and the live figure read back

See the whole example
Raise one winning ad set from $50 to $60 a day. It sold 9 times in 7 days at $14 a sale, under your $21 keep line. Read back live at $60.
Does it for you

Make a test version of a live page

Example answerNew version: bundle page with the 3-pack picked by default.

You get A copy of one live page with only the tested thing changed, shown on a hidden preview first, then pushed live after your go, with every price proved against the cart

The theme work runs in Claude Code with Shopify's free command-line tool signed in to your store. The page step runs in your own signed-in browser.

See the whole example
New version: bundle page with the 3-pack picked by default. Only the buy box default changed.
Preview checked at phone, tablet and desktop. Cart matches the page: 1-pack $24, 3-pack $60, 3-pack plus add-on $75.
Live after your go. Undo: set the page back to its old template.
Does it for you

Make feed-shape copies of my top ads

Example answer2 of your top ads copied with a 4:5 feed file, in a new ad set at $100 a day.

You get new 4:5 copies of your top tall videos in their own ad set: Feeds get the 4:5 file, Stories and Reels keep the original

See the whole example
2 of your top ads copied with a 4:5 feed file, in a new ad set at $100 a day.
Read back: Feeds serve the 4:5 file on both, Stories and Reels the original.
After 3 days most spend still went to Stories, so this is not yet proof 4:5 sells better.
Does it for you

Move winning test ads into the main campaign

Example answer3 test ads earned their move: 6, 5 and 4 sales at $14 to $19 a sale.

You get proven test winners copied into your main or winners ad set as existing-post ads, or a raise on the winner's own ad set, read back after

See the whole example
3 test ads earned their move: 6, 5 and 4 sales at $14 to $19 a sale.
Copied into your winners ad set as existing-post ads, so likes carry. Tracking tags re-added on all 3.
Originals keep running in their tests.
Does it for you

New landing page, start to finish

Example answerVersion 4 of the 3-pack page. Angle: "too strong a taste", the top complaint (31 of 80 bad reviews), searched 12,000 times a month.

You get A five-reasons page built from your reviews and searches and revised over several versions, every claim and price proved, then tested on Meta in its own campaign after your yes, and called keep, kill or next version

The build runs in Claude Code with Shopify's free command-line tool signed in to your store. The Meta test runs in your own signed-in browser. Reviews and searches come from Amazon; without it, paste your site reviews and name the searches that matter.

See the whole example
Version 4 of the 3-pack page. Angle: "too strong a taste", the top complaint (31 of 80 bad reviews), searched 12,000 times a month.
Rounds: v2 cut a creator video that says "doctor approved" on screen. v3 moved the buy box into the first phone screen. v4 fixed a 3-pack cart price $2 above the page.
Test: own campaign, same 5 ads as the page to beat, $100 a day for 10 days. First look day 4, call at about $800 spent.
Does it for you

Run a split test on a page

Example answerTest: 3-pack picked by default vs today's 1-pack default, 50/50, profit per visitor after gift costs.

You get A 50/50 profit-per-visitor test on one page, set up in your split-test app after your yes, read on its date, then the winner built into the page

Needs a split-test app such as Intelligems on a plan that runs tests. A test on a different page design also needs the live page shortcut to build the version.

See the whole example
Test: 3-pack picked by default vs today's 1-pack default, 50/50, profit per visitor after gift costs.
About 7,600 visitors a side, at least 2 weeks, read on Nov 14. Stop early if one side is over 30% behind on buy rate at about 1,000 visitors a side.
Does it for you

Run my Meta ads each morning

Example answerYesterday's 3 pauses saved about $140 and sales held. Today: 1.

You get one numbered morning list (pause, raise, hold, too new), the moves you approve applied and read back, and every move logged so tomorrow judges it

See the whole example
Yesterday's 3 pauses saved about $140 and sales held. Today: 1. Pause 4 ads, $96 a day, no sale past 2x your $20 keep line. 2. Raise one ad set $50 to $60 a day, 7 sales at $13 each: about $300 more a month. 3. Hold 2, too new.
Does it for you

Run my creator video tests each morning

Example answerMoved up: 2 creator ads with 5 and 4 sales at $16 and $19 a sale.

You get one morning list: winners moved into the winners ad set, losers switched off, test sets closed, new videos built into new test sets by product, each change read back and logged

Needs Meta connected, a creator program such as Trybe with approved videos, a creator test campaign and a winners ad set.

See the whole example
Moved up: 2 creator ads with 5 and 4 sales at $16 and $19 a sale. Off: 3 ads at $45 spent with no sale, $45 a day saved. Closed: 1 test set at day 7.
New: 6 approved videos sorted, 4 to the main product's page and 2 to the second product's, in 2 new sets at $50 a day. Live test sets: 3 of 3.
Does it for you

Run this week's Meta creative test

Example answer6 new creatives, 6 ad sets at $15 a day, $630 for the week.

You get one small ad set per new creative, built for you and launched on your yes, with day 4 and day 7 calls on what to switch off and what to move up

See the whole example
6 new creatives, 6 ad sets at $15 a day, $630 for the week.
Day 4: 2 spent $50 with no sale, switched off. Day 7: 1 sold 5 times at $17 a sale, moved to the main ad set.
Test switched off.
Does it for you

Set up a discount code or offer

Example answerCode SAVE15: 15% off, $45 minimum, not on the 4-pack or 6-pack, ends Nov 30.

You get one Shopify discount code or automatic discount, built in your admin after your yes, with profit per order shown first and every price checked in the cart

See the whole example
Code SAVE15: 15% off, $45 minimum, not on the 4-pack or 6-pack, ends Nov 30.
Profit per order: 2-pack at $45 keeps $9.80 after the code, shipping and fees.
Cart check: 2-pack $38.25 with the code, 6-pack $50 without it. No order placed.
Does it for you

Set up the product behind an offer

Example answerNew product: 9-pack add-on, $15, hidden from search, online store only, same warehouse SKU as the 9-pack, stock not tracked, cost $0.79.

You get product families whose ads lose money on the sales they are credited with, and the dollars

See the whole example
Ads on two product families lost $6,300 in August on the sales they were credited with. Both products still made money after ads, so the product view hides it. On the 2-pack, credited sales earn $3.10 a unit before ads and the ads cost $4.40 a unit. Cut its ad budget by half or raise the price $2. One more family keeps only 6% of sales after ads, so ads eat most of its margin.
